Mr. Pravesh Gangwal started Perfect Deals in Indore in 2010 alongside Samarth Group with one principle: tell the client what they need to hear, not what sells. That approach built a reputation that carried him from consultant to Head of Sales, and eventually into development supervision and project planning. After years on Indore's construction sites and in its approval offices, he understood the entire chain - not just the transaction.
In 2020, Mr. Himank Gangwal joined after completing his Civil Engineering degree, bringing structural precision to every build and renovation decision. Together, we expanded from pure consultancy into turnkey construction and land development. In 2026, we rebranded as Prime Axis Buildcon - a name that reflects everything Perfect Deals grew into over 15 years and 1,000+ clients.

Mr. Himank Gangwal completed his Civil Engineering degree in 2019 and walked into the firm the following year with a clear ambition: expand what his father had built. His engineering lens brought precision to the business. Together, they added retail plot sales, construction services, and development to the portfolio. The second generation had arrived with a blueprint.
